All postage prices quoted are based on UK Mainland shipping. Please contact Clarkston Dancewear Centre by email for accurate shipping costs for addresses outwith the UK mainland.
In Accordance with the Sales of Goods Act & Distance Selling Regulations, the Clarkston Dancewear Centre adheres to the following policy:-
All returns must be sent within 7 days to Clarkston Dancewear Centre, Unit 1 Busby Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7AX, with clear instructions for an exchange, credit or refund. We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges. Postage is non-refundable and not subject to credit in any circumstances, we will not enter into any correspondence. Tights and special order items are final sale and therefore not refundable.
Items must be returned with postage paid and preferably recorded delivery, in their original retail condition with packaging and tags attached.
Any goods that have not been collected from the Royal Mail within the time limit stated, and thus returned to the Clarkston Dancewear Centre, will be regarded as a cancelled order and as such a cancellation fee of no more than £10 will be applicable to cover postage costs. If the goods are still required and redelivery attempted, the additional postage will also be chargeable.
Your rights to return goods within seven working days and receive a full refund are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at ;

Clarkston Dancewear Centre cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods being returned by customers.
