Splasher banded Tutu Skirt.

Tutu Skirt in sizes large childs, small, medium and large adults. Available in 4 different styles. The top band is made of nylon lyrca with splashed of silver which look like different sizes of small raindrops. Made in four colours, Purple band, with an upper layer of fluo green net and 3 layers of purple net below. Orange band with an upper layer of black net and 3 layers of orange net underneath. Kingfisher band with upper layer of black net and 3 layers of white net below. Pink band with fluo pink net on top with 3 layers of black net below
